Printique's Return Policy states that product cancellations prior to printing will be refunded in full. Products canceled after printing will incur a fee of 50% of the actual amount paid. Products may not be canceled after they are shipped. If a print product has a defect, Printique will fix or replace it at their expense. If a product is returned, a credit for its full value will be issued. Products can be returned to Printique's address in Brooklyn, NY. However, Printique is not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors.
As for the Shipping Policy, Printique currently only ships to the USA and Canada. The estimated delivery date and shipping fees are provided during checkout. The delivery date is calculated by taking the estimated production time and the selected shipping delivery option. Printique offers four different shipping options to accommodate all the needs of their customers. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and dimensions and can be viewed during checkout. Shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska are higher due to the higher carrier rates. Their carriers are UPS and USPS. They can ship to APO and FPO addresses. When free shipping offers are available, they have certain restrictions. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Canada, APO and FPO addresses. Free shipping is applied to the cheapest available option.
